Shipping Policy - Domestic United States
VIDA ESOTERIC offers free standard shipping (2-7 days) within the United States for all orders that total $50.00 or more. Standard shipping for orders that total less than $50 is $5. Shipping fees for other locations or for expedited shipping will vary. All order amounts referenced in our shipping policy exclude gift card purchase amounts, taxes, and shipping.
Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays and begin from the date the order is shipped. Orders that do not include pre-order items, placed before 12 midnight (Central) Sunday through Thursday, will typically be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday. Pre-order items will begin shipping on the date noted on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories
Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories is only available via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times will vary but are expected to be 4-10 days.
International Shipping
VIDA ESOTERIC ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties, and they may differ depending on your region. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
